Bulman Wall Racks are convenient space savers and provide you with the maximum flexibility and ease in roll loading, dispensing, and cutting. They are easy to assemble and mount and are constructed with heavy-duty materials for a long, useful life. The wall racks use regular spring-loaded blades with locking devices for easy roll changing.
